is a high-precision heat exchanger, while the tube sheets supporting the
heat transfer tubes can move freely.
●The Floating Head type Heat Exchanger is designed
to effectively prevent the breakdown and stress corrosions, which frequently
occur as caused by the thermal expansion differences between shells and
transfer tubes.
●The Floating Head type Heat Exchange can prevent
the possible serious damages to the products, as caused by the contaminated
process water mixtures of waste and clean water when a breakdown of the
heat transfer tubes occurs.
●As the Floating Heat type is designed to be disassembling
shells and heat tube bundles, it is possible to clean and check the inside
and outside of the heat tubes.
